Modus OperandiAll recruitment assignments start with detailed discussions with the client to produce and agree the candidate specification and enable the consultant to have the fullest understanding of the job, the ideal candidate and the environments in which they will operate. If required, the consultant's involvment can extend to attendance\participation in final interviews, psychometric testing, assessment centre design and administration, the brokering of the offer and pursuit of references. We can also produce a post-appointment report on the chosen candidate highlighting any training or developmental needs and providing cues to effective management and motivation. For regular clients or larger scale assignments we tend to offer an extended fee guarantee period, in which case the consultant will often conduct post-appointment discussions (some three months on) with both the appointee and their manager, to ensure all is going well. |
